(formerly known as Hangzhou Shenggang Electric Appliance) is a Sino Hong Kong joint venture specializing in the production of induction heating equipment. Our factory has a research and development and technical service team composed of doctoral supervisors, professors, doctors, masters, undergraduates and other professionals who have been engaged in education or further study in the Power Electronics Technology major of Zhejiang University for many years. With the continuous development of intermediate frequency equipment supporting systems, the installed capacity has gradually increased. In order to meet the requirements of high-power intermediate frequency power supply for control systems, the company is committed to the technological development and promotion of the intermediate frequency industry. In terms of intermediate frequency technology, it has taken the lead in developing 3-5 ton aluminum shell furnaces, 8-10 ton stainless steel aluminum shell composite structure melting furnaces (patent certificate number: ZL02111778.0), and an intermediate frequency magnetic yoke melting furnace with a capacity of up to 90 tons. The technical reserve is a 90 ton intermediate frequency magnetic yoke melting furnace. Has been repeatedly recognized as a Chinese trustworthy enterprise quality standard unit. In the field of intermediate frequency power supply technology, we have taken the lead in developing high-voltage dual machine parallel power supplies, 12 pulse high-power power supplies, and 24, 36, and 48 pulse low harmonic power supplies, with a maximum power of 45000 kilowatts. These high-power power supplies are currently mainly used for melting and insulation, and are also very suitable for heating large metal (steel, copper, aluminum, etc.) workpieces and profiles (pipes, plates, strips, rods, etc.). It has the advantages of high reliability, power saving, small size, no pollution, fast heating, less burning loss, and quick start-up, especially in terms of heating speed, heating temperature, heating depth, and heating area control. Creating new products with dedicated heating and melting equipment specifically designed for customers with special requirements to meet the needs of various users.
